Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using WorldCareMD.

Applicability

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the WorldCareMD website, applications, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of Services

WorldCareMD provides access to a national network of board-certified, licensed physicians for non-emergency telemedicine consultations. Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Prescription Policy

All prescriptions are filled according to WorldCareMD's prescription policy and at the consulting physician's discretion. As part of a medical consultation, WorldCareMD physicians will not prescribe medications that are restricted by the DEA or that have the potential for harm, misuse, or addiction. If a doctor does prescribe medication, the supply will normally be limited to thirty days. Chronic-illness patients should see their primary care physician (PCP) or other specialists.

Member Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and during consultations, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldCareMD and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
